Dr. Woodard experienced a life-changing spiritual transformation in March 1972 when he accepted Jesus

Christ as his Saviour. In 1974, while attending Bible School,he answered a divine calling to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

 

Dr. Woodard's extensive academic foundation includes a 1975 General Bible Degree from Thomas Road Bible Institute, Lynchburg, Va. He furthered his studies at Bethany Bible College and Seminary in Dothan, Alabama, earning a Bachelor of Ministry Degree in 1984, a Master of Ministry Degree in 1985, and culminating with a Doctor of Ministry Degree in 1992.
